We are on a mission to expand our footprint in the US market and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our ambitious team in Hyderabad.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our sales efforts in the United States. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 6 + years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically engaging with US clients.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to conducting compelling product demonstrations and closing deals with C-level executives. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and directing our lead generation team to ensure a healthy and high-quality sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the US market.
  • Lead & Opportunity Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Client Demonstrations: Conduct compelling and customized software demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively articulating our value proposition and addressing their specific pain points and business needs.
  • C-Level Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers, building strong relationships and navigating complex organizational structures to drive sales forward.
  • Team Leadership & Direction: Lead, mentor, and direct the lead generation/SDR team, providing clear guidance on target accounts, effective outreach strategies, and qualification criteria to maximize opportunity creation.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new market segments for expansion.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire B2B sales cycle from initial contact and opportunity qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Process Optimization: Work smart by refining and optimizing the sales process, tools, and materials to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system, providing regular reports on sales pipeline and performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of selling to the US market.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to a US audience.
  • C-Level Sales: Demonstrable experience in engaging with and selling to C-level executives and senior management.
  • Demo Proficiency: Proven ability to conduct effective, engaging, and tailored product demonstrations that lead to conversions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding, mentoring, or managing a lead generation or inside sales team.
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter with a target-driven mindset and a history of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Location & Shift: Must be willing and able to work from our Hyderabad office and commit to a night shift schedule to align with US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

  • ERP Knowledge: Prior experience or functional knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) is a significant advantage.
  • Marketing : Having exposure in branding and marketing ecosystems would be added advantage
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
