Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: On-Site – Noida Sector 18

Experience: 1+ year in B2B sales (SaaS preferred)

Salary: 30000 -40000 per month

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and qualify leads independently
• Pitch our AI recruitment solutions to HRs, founders, and decision-makers
• Close deals and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Proven B2B sales experience at least 1 year of experience in same domain
• .Experience in selling SaaS or software-based services preferre
• dExcellent verbal and written communication skill
• sSelf-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-paced environmen
• CRM experience is a plus
