Key ResponsibilitieS: Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and icings as per standard recipes. Support the production of breads, cookies, muffins, cakes, croissants, and other baked goods. Ensure all mise en place is completed ahead of service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and baking equipment. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols as per FSSAI norms. Receive and store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and quality. Report any equipment or product issues to senior chefs immediately. Assist in inventory control and requisition processes. Follow instructions from Commi 1, CDP, or Bakery Chef as assigned.
