Key Responsibilities:
· Social Media Handling:
- Manage daily posting and updates across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns.- Track engagement and respond to messages professionally.
· CRM Management:
- Handle leads, update client records, and manage follow-ups through CRM software.- Maintain communication logs and support the sales team.
· Advanced Excel Work:
- Prepare reports using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation.- Maintain property and client databases.- Automate repetitive reporting tasks.
· Back Office Administration:
- Assist front-end team with documentation, agreements, and scheduling.- Communicate with clients via email and phone in fluent English.- Organize and maintain confidential data properly.
Required Skills:
· Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level)
· Hands-on experience with CRM systems
· Fluent English – Written & Verbal
· Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
· Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus
Qualifications:
· Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Business preferred)
· Prior experience in real estate/back office roles preferred
· Well-versed with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
