Back Office Executive

Navins Trucks is the authorized dealer for Force Motors Ltd for the districts of Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Ranipet and Tirupattur.

We are looking to hire a back office executive experienced in automotive field to join our organization. As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the sales manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, market research, data analysis, customer relationship management and administrative duties.

To ensure success as a back office executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Ultimately, a top-class back office executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the sales team.

Back Office Executive Responsibilities:

• Performing market research.
• Gathering and processing research data.
• Gathering data from the sales team and generating reports for management.
• Performing basic admin duties including printing and sending emails.
• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
• Interacting with prospective clients through calls, whatsapp and text messages and transferring positive clients to the sales team.
• Assisting and supporting management.

Back Office Executive Requirements:

• undergraduate degree.
• Previous work experience as an Office Executive in an automobile dealership preferably in LCV segment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with market research techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
