Backend Developer

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using

  Node.js

• Develop and manage

  MongoDB

  databases, ensuring high availability and performance
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers working on

  React.js

  for seamless integration
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution designs
• Troubleshoot and debug backend issues across multiple systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Stay up to date with the latest backend technologies and best practices

📌 Required Skills:

• Minimum

  4+ years

  of experience in backend development
• Strong hands-on experience in:

• Node.js

• MongoDB

• React.js

  (for integration purposes)
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Proficient in database design, query optimization, and data modeling
• Solid understanding of software security principles and application performance tuning
• Familiarity with version control tools like

  Git

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
