About Us:

Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled AWS Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures on AWS, with hands-on experience in data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data assets. *Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using PySpark, Python, and Boto3. *Optimize and debug Spark jobs and SQL transformations for performance and efficiency. *Refactor and modernize legacy codebases to improve readability and maintainability. *Implement unit testing and follow Test Driven Development (TDD) practices. *Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs, including performance, concurrency, and logic issues. *Work with version control systems (Git), code repositories (GitHub/GitLab), and artifact management tools (e.g., JFrog Artifactory). *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy solutions using AWS services including S3, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, and CloudFormation. *Advocate for and apply data engineering best practices in coding, design, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
*3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering. *4+ years of strong programming experience with PySpark / Python / Boto3. *Strong expertise in Spark SQL and performance tuning of PySpark code. *Proficient in working with AWS cloud architecture S3, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, CloudFormation. *Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like JFrog Artifactory. *Solid understanding of software engineering principles, code refactoring, and unit testing. *AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
