Position: VMC Operator Vacancy: 02 Work Experience: 01 to 03 Years Education: ITI NCTVT / Diploma Job Description: Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with these blueprints Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly Operate VMC (SIEMENS. Fanuc, Mazak, Mitsubishi) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc Technical Skill: · Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with these blueprints · Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality · Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly · Operate VMC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. · Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines · Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result · Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly · Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality · Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise. The Technical Associate Environment Lab position is seeking a candidate with 1 to 3 years of work experience and a Diploma or BSc in relevant field. As an Environmental Test Engineer in the Mechanical and Climatic Test Department, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of complex tests and programs using specialized equipment and Test Standards. Your tasks will include conducting tests such as High Low temp & Humidity, Salt, Water & Dust Spray Testing, Vibration (random, sine, and mixed mode), and various other test conditions. Your technical skills will be utilized to conduct testing and quality assurance for environmental products, develop and execute test plans and cases, ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations, identify potential product failures, and prepare reports. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes and procedures in accordance with ISO & NABL requirements, determining lab equipment needs, collaborating with external vendors and internal purchasing teams for procurement, installation, and calibration, developing new testing facilities, and liaising with third-party test labs for environmental tests. Experience working with an NABL accredited lab will be advantageous for this role. This is a full-time position with opportunities for day shift, morning shift, night shift, and rotational shift schedules. The work location is in person.,
