Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Audit Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in auditing or a related field. Roles and Responsibility
Conduct scheduled and surprise visits for 8 branches as per the schedule provided by the head office.
Gather market intelligence on MFI business in the area and maintain records of collection quality in the catchment.
Advise branches on caution areas and support field teams in difficult cases of collections.
Investigate special situations if needed and maintain accurate records of all activities.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve audit processes.

Job
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
Strong knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with financial services industry is an added advantage.
