Job Summary:

Unifresh Foods is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic and growing team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and supporting organizational development across our restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate staff
• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and training coordination
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with accounts
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and labor law compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support career development
• Promote employee engagement and retention strategies
• Maintain HRMIS and generate regular HR reports
• Liaise with internal departments to support HR initiatives across units
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at all restaurant locations

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as HR Generalist/ Asst.Manager, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industry
• Strong recruitment capacity of both Blue, White and Grey collar candidates.
• Excellent understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and Statutory functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus)
• Able to multitask and work independently across multiple locations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Mysuru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
