Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales - Agency Health, located in Ahmedabad. The Associate Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining relationships with agents and partners, identifying new opportunities, providing product information and training, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will also include meeting sales targets, generating leads, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and health insurance products is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is beneficial
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude
