Job Summary:

PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage
site execution of PEB works
from foundation readiness to full structural completion.
Supervise
steel structure erection, alignment, and bolting/welding
as per approved drawings and safety norms.
Ensure adherence to
project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
.
Coordinate with design teams for any
drawing clarifications or revisions
.
Manage and monitor
subcontractors, erection teams, and labor deployment
.
Plan and schedule material delivery, crane requirements, and erection sequence.
Conduct
daily site meetings
to review progress and resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with
statutory and client requirements
.

Key Skills Required:

PEB Site Execution & Erection Management
Strong knowledge of
steel structure erection techniques
Project Planning & Scheduling
Quality Control & Safety Compliance
Team Handling & Vendor Management
Understanding of
structural drawings & detailing
MS Office & Project Management Tools

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
8–10 years of experience in PEB projects
with strong background in steel structure erection.
Industry Experience Preferred:
Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Factories, EPC Projects
