Assistant Project Coordinator

🎯 **Job Objective: To support project planning, coordination, and documentation for solar power plant installations (rooftop & utility-scale), ensuring smooth communication between site teams, vendors, and internal departments.** 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 📋 1. Project Coordination Coordinate with site engineers for daily updates on project progress. Track project schedules, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or MS Project. Follow up with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery. 🧾 2. Documentation & Reporting Maintain and update project trackers, MIS reports, and documentation logs. Prepare daily/weekly reports and share them with the project manager or senior team. Maintain documentation for permits, work orders, safety checklists, and invoices. 🤝 3. Communication & Support Serve as the communication bridge between site teams and head office. Support project team in scheduling meetings, site visits, and audits. Assist in preparing presentations and project summaries for management/client review. 🛒 4. Procurement Coordination Raise purchase requests and coordinate with the purchase team for delivery timelines. Track inventory status from store/site teams. ⚙️ 5. Quality & Compliance Monitoring Assist in tracking quality checklists submitted from the site. Ensure adherence to documentation and safety protocols shared by engineers. ✅ Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma / B.E. in Engineering or Project Management-related field 1–3 years of experience in coordination, preferably in solar/EPC/construction projects Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email communication, and reporting Good communication and organizational skills Knowledge of solar industry terms is a plus 📍 Working Location: Office-based role in Ahmedabad, with occasional coordination visits to site if required.
