Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Professor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate marketing courses (PGDM) , conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic community. This position requires both academic expertise and a strong understanding of current marketing trends and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops in core and elective marketing subjects such as:
• Principles of Marketing
• Digital Marketing
• Consumer Behavior
• Marketing Strategy
• Brand Management
• International Marketing
• Develop course materials, assessments, and project work aligned with learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in peer-reviewed journals and academic conferences.
• Stay updated on marketing industry trends and integrate real-world case studies into the curriculum.
• Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and faculty committees.
• Engage in community outreach and establish industry linkages for student placement and collaboration.
• Mentor and advise students regarding academic and career paths.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in teaching at the university level.
• Strong publication record or potential for impactful research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

• Industry experience in marketing or consulting.
• Experience in developing online/blended learning content.
• Familiarity with outcome-based education (OBE) and accreditation processes (e.g., NAAC, NBA, AACSB).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,415.27 - ₹35,000.00 per month
