The candidate should be base out in Pune LocationThe role involves managing external recruitment partners, ensuring hiring targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing vendor performance to support business needs.Manage end-to-end recruitment vendor operations for volume hiring in the BPO domain.Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.Monitor vendor performance through SLAs, TATs, and quality of hires.Coordinate with internal TA teams and business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and align vendor support accordingly.
