Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Talent Management processes, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver organization-wide initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-9 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar function.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in talent management, organizational development, succession planning, leadership development, performance management.
