Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Talent Management processes, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver organization-wide initiatives that support business objectives.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-9 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar function.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field.
Proven track record of success in talent management, organizational development, succession planning, leadership development, performance management.
