Job Description

  • Handle onboarding process: documentation, induction coordination, employee code generation on HRMS and coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee databases.
  • Manage employee exit process including FnF, clearances, and documentation.
  • Support the Payroll SPOC in day-to-day payroll activities.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards on a regular basis.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
