About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, digital campaign strategy, and influencer marketing. You will play a critical role in driving online visibility, user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital platforms.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels to drive measurable business outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns including paid media, SEO, and content distribution.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and digital assets.

• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and A/B tests.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for brand campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor and manage digital budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROAS goals are met.

• Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to inform future campaign planning.

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.



Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing roles.

• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube advertising, and affiliate platforms.

• Experience in influencer outreach and campaign execution.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel/Data Studio.

• Understanding of SEO, marketing tools, and knowledge of web analytics.

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
