Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and orientation.
Handle employee queries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
Monitor employee performance and support the performance appraisal process.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Support payroll processing and attendance management in coordination with the finance team.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Prepare HR reports and assist in audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
