Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience in financial reporting and consolidation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing group reporting processes, preparing consolidated financial statements, and working with foreign subsidiaries to ensure seamless consolidation.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual group reports in line with internal and external deadlines.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS).
• Coordinate and manage the consolidation of financials across domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
• Liaise with global finance teams to gather accurate inputs and ensure compliance with group reporting formats.
• Assist with audits, statutory filings, and internal control implementation.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and process improvements across the consolidation function.

What are we looking for?

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in group reporting and consolidation is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of foreign subsidiary consolidation and accounting for foreign currency transactions.
• Strong understanding of IND AS / IFRS and consolidation principles.
• Experience in managing financials related to mergers and demergers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP – preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with global teams.
