As a .Net Application Developer at apexanalytix, you will be responsible for developing both internal and external-facing products using Microsoft's .Net Framework. Your role will involve maintaining existing applications and implementing new functionalities, particularly in applications that utilize SQL Server, including stored procedures and SQL Reporting Services. It is essential to have experience with Microsoft's SQL Server 2012 or later for this position. You will collaborate with a team of developers possessing similar skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality code. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and supporting specific functionalities as directed by a Team Leader. - Creating new screens and objects in ASP.Net/C# using .NET Core and MVC5. - Developing REST-based services such as WCF and OData. - Writing queries using Linq and Entity Framework 6.0 or later. - Conducting Unit, Integration, and Systems Testing of components. - Developing and maintaining SQL queries and stored procedures. - Creating and maintaining SSRS reports. - Communicating with the team to identify and address roadblocks. - Ensuring the overall security of systems you administer, including protecting client data and reporting any potential security vulnerabilities. - Adhering to corporate security standards and policies. Preferred experience with REACT JS, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes would be beneficial for this role. To qualify for this position, you must have: - A four-year college degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline. - At least 1 year of experience in application, database, and middle-tier component design. - At least 1 year of experience in .Net Development (C#).
