(BE - Mechanical/Electrical / MBA - Marketing)

Achieve defined business objectives and sales targets within assigned territory.
Develop and manage an efficient distribution and dealer network for optimal sales coverage.
Promote and sell
industrial and commercial evaporative cooling systems
and
HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) fans
.
Handle and expand the
dealer and channel partner network
, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
Create and implement innovative and effective
sales and marketing strategies
.
Conduct
market research
, identify new business opportunities, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Generate qualified
sales leads
and convert them into successful deals.
Provide accurate
sales forecasts
, analyse sales data, and report performance metrics to the Regional Manager.
Collect and communicate
customer and market feedback
to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Prepare
cost estimates
and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Ensure consistent growth in product sales and market share.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Or
MBA in Marketing
Minimum 2 years of relevant Industry/Department experience.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
Proven track record in B2B /B2C sales and channel management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting
Willingness to travel as required
