Roles and Responsibilities

• 4-5  years of experience as an Art Director,  Creative Producer, or similar role
• First-hand knowledge of photo production, including lighting, set design, image capture, retouching, and video editing processes. A graduate/ post-graduate degree in styling, visual communication, mass media, or a similar discipline
• Overall styling of multiple brands from planning to execution 
• Concept building for photoshoots (catalog, campaigns and video ads)
• Arranging for model trials, and creating a bank for photographers and videographers, vendors for rental of equipment and props.
• Helping with art direction and image selection and approvals post editing.
• Scouting and negotiating for locations for editorial campaigns
• A portfolio demonstrating the scope of functional capabilities and aesthetic choices & past work in fashion

Qualification & Experiences

• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
• Experience in Fashion E-commerce is a must
• Experience in overseeing production and ensuring it  is done on time and within budget
• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
• High ownership and accountability
• Agility in adapting to the ever-changing forms/ platforms of visual communication
• Being resourceful and able to adapt to tackle various last-minute challenges during shoots
• Should be able to manage high-stress situations and be good at problem-solving
