Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations in Nagpur/Vidarbha. The candidate must have extensive experience in the FMCG – Foods & Beverages sector, with a strong track record in team handling and delivering sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
• Handle distributor and retail network management.
• Lead and train the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Execute trade promotions and sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of field sales experience; minimum 3 years in FMCG (Foods & Beverages).
• Proven leadership and sales performance.

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Market planning and execution
• Team management
• Deep knowledge of Vidarbha /Nagpur market
