As a skilled professional in Pega platform solutions, you will be responsible for architecting and managing solutions, integrating with external systems, leading Pega Cloud Migration efforts, and optimizing application performance. Your role will involve participating in design discussions, conducting code reviews, engaging in hands-on development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent debugging capabilities, will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and manage solutions on the Pega platform, including rules engine, case management, and decisioning. - Integrate Pega with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Lead Pega Cloud Migration efforts and address migration-related challenges. - Perform performance tuning and application optimization. - Participate in design and solution discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Conduct design and code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. - Engage in hands-on development and complex debugging. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for team coordination and technical support. - Work effectively in an Agile development environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Excellent debugging and hands-on coding capabilities. - Experience in leading technical teams and providing architecture-level input. - PLSA (Pega Lead System Architect) Certification is mandatory. - Domain knowledge in Health Insurance is preferred. This is a Contractual / Temporary job with a contract length of 12 months. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
