Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architectural/Structural BIM coordinator managing and supporting the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes on architectural projects. Responsible for coordinating and supporting scan to BIM projects as well as for helping estimation.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate structural/architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.

· Ensure model integration and clash detection through software such as Navisworks, Revit, or BIM 360.

· Provide technical support and training to architectural staff on BIM tools (primarily Revit).

· Data registration in 3D Scanning

· Assist architects in model setup, family creation, and troubleshooting issues.

· Conduct regular model audits and quality checks.

· Ensure proper documentation of BIM workflows and processes.

· Work closely with project managers, design leads, and consultants to align BIM strategies.

· Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and communicate model issues and resolutions.

Mandatory Requirements: 6+ Years of experience in similar services companies of Scan to BIM services.

Location: Cochin, Kerala.
