We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our team, specializing in residential redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong design sensibilities, a thorough understanding of building codes and local regulations, and proven experience in project coordination, tender documentation, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Planning

Develop design concepts and detailed architectural drawings for residential redevelopment projects.

Ensure designs comply with DCR, local bylaws, and zoning requirements.

Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for redevelopment potential.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all stages from concept to execution.

Tender & Documentation

Prepare comprehensive tender documentation including BOQs, specifications, and working drawings.

Assist in the evaluation of contractor bids and support the selection process.

Client Interaction & Presentation

Develop visually compelling presentations for clients, societies, and developers.

Lead client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.

Execution Support

Provide design clarifications and support during construction phase.

Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent

Registered with Council of Architecture (COA)

3–8 years of relevant experience in residential/redevelopment projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office

Strong knowledge of local redevelopment regulations and processes

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
