Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architect with 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution. Experience in interior design, site coordination, and working on mid to large-scale projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Concept & Development: Develop innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client requirements.Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations for client approvals.

Technical Drawings & Documentation: Prepare architectural and construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, codes, and project standards.

Material & Product Research: Identify suitable materials, finishes, and products in line with design intent and project budget.

Client Interaction & Coordination: Present design concepts, gather feedback, and incorporate client requirements effectively.Act as a bridge between clients, consultants, and contractors.

Project & Site Coordination: Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design execution as planned.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, interior designers, and project managers for seamless project delivery.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

Experience: 3 to 5 year of experience.

Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to timelines and quality.

Work Environment: Office-based with occasional site visits (40%).
