Architect

As a Senior Architect with 3 to 7 years of professional experience, you will be responsible for leading architectural design projects and coordinating construction processes using advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows. Your deep understanding of architectural design, building systems, and construction documentation using BIM tools will be essential for this role. You will lead architectural design projects from concept through construction, manage detailed Revit-based BIM models, and ensure the production of high-quality construction documents. Collaborating with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams, you will also ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and project specifications. Additionally, you will coordinate clash detection and BIM model reviews, mentor junior architects in Revit and BIM standards, and participate in design presentations and client meetings. Implementing and upholding BIM execution plans and standards will be crucial in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, with 3 to 7 years of professional experience in architecture firms. Advanced expertise in Revit, including family creation, parametric modeling, and project setup, is required. Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies and interoperability with tools like Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is also essential. Furthermore, you should have a solid understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods, excellent visualization and presentation skills, as well as strong communication and team coordination abilities. Preferred qualifications include BIM certification or Autodesk Revit professional certification, experience in large-scale projects, and familiarity with international building codes and green building practices. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The work location is in person.
