Job Synopsis: Position Title : Sr. Engineer/ Engineer Sales and Applications Experience: Engineer 2 to 5 Years / Sr. Engineer 6 to 12+ years Number of positions : 02 Qualification BE/B Tech Mechanical Engineering Salary: As per Industry Standers Must Have Skills Set Professional approach and self-driven attitude Good knowledge of Applications of rotating equipment (Reciprocating and Diaphragm Compressors) Good coordination and communication Skills Knowledge of API Standards Strong Business Acumen Role: Make proposals after selecting and sizing of compressor with the help of KO program and receiving quotations from factories and vendors for price and delivery indications and follow-up for orders. Responsibilities: Detailed review of customer specifications and prepare pre-bid query, deviation List and obtain comments from relevant departments. Prepare request of quotation for the major auxiliaries in line with project specification, follow up with supplier for bought out quotes. Interface with Design for sizing of compressor, special requirements, compliances to codes and standards for different regions. Participate in Technical clarification meetings & respond to technical queries post bid submission & establish clarity on scope of supply sold. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes in scope. Address technical issues and project challenges, providing solutions to keep the project on track. Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Accountable: Strong follow up on enquiries and accomplishment of Sales Numbers Authority: To carry out the above activities effectively, he/she is authorized to: Take appropriate decisions within the framework of his authorities Delegate and distribute the work and authorities to his colleagues. Sign either singly or jointly or countersign the various documents relating to his activities.
