Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, government consulting, or a related field. ### Roles and Responsibility Assist in project management of donor projects focused on skill development. Conduct research and analysis, preparing comprehensive project reports. Develop business proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs. Deliver high-quality results with excellent oral and written communication skills. Focus on quality delivery and develop customized solutions for clients. Utilize advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills to drive business outcomes. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, communication, business writing, and presentation skills. Previous experience in donor-funded projects, particularly in skill development. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach.
