Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Airport Ground Staff vacancy for freshers graduating in 2025. The ground staff will be responsible for providing customer service to passengers, managing check-ins and boarding processes, assisting with luggage handling, and ensuring the smooth operational flow of the airport. Additional tasks include communicating with various departments to coordinate flights, providing information to travelers, and maintaining safety and security standards.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficient Computer Literacy skills
• Basic understanding of Aircraft and Aviation procedures and protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility in work hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in aviation or hospitality is a plus
