AI/ML Engineer

Position Overview:

AI/ML Engineers are responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions for platform monitoring, incident management, and optimization.

Technical Skillset:

· Proficiency with Machine Learning models and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

· Familiarity with AIOps platforms and tools

· Experience in Python, R, or other data-centric programming languages

· Experience with Azure AI and ML Services

· Strong understanding of data processing pipelines and ETL

· Experience in deploying AI models in production environments (Azure preferred)

Experience Needed:

Total Exp- 5+ yrs

Rel Exp- 5+ yrs

Location-

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement AI models for anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, and automated incident management.

· Collaborate with platform teams to identify areas for AI-based optimization.

· Integrate AIOps solutions with observability tools like Dynatrace.

Preferred and Good to Have Skills:

· Experience in MLOps for managing machine learning lifecycle

· Familiarity with AIOps solutions and their integration with cloud platforms

Qualifications:

· Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate)
