We’re Hiring: AI/ML Engineer (Freelancer / Consultant)

📍 Remote | 🧠 6–8 Years Experience | 💼 Immediate Joiner Preferred

What You'll Do :

• Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions integrated with

  Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365)

• Develop

  chatbots, custom GPTs

  , and intelligent copilots using

  Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel

• Translate business needs into AI flows using

  prompt engineering

  and

  OpenAI APIs

• Integrate with enterprise systems using

  Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, OAuth

• Use

  RAG architecture

  , semantic search, contextual memory, and vector databases
• Build scalable solutions with

  CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and monitoring dashboards

• Mentor junior team members and create reusable AI components/templates

Must Have Skills :

• 6–8 years of experience, with

  5+ years in AI/ML or Conversational AI

• Proficient with

  Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Bot Framework

• Strong in

  Python or Node.js

• Deep understanding of

  NLP, GPT/BERT models

• Experience in

  prompt engineering

  , RAG, and vector search (e.g., Azure AI Search)
• Familiarity with

  Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure DevOps

Nice to Have :

• Experience with

  LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AI Foundry

• Familiarity with

  Teams App Studio, M365 Copilot, custom plugins

• Understanding of

  Responsible AI

  ,

  data security

  , and

  Power Platform
