AI Developer

As an AI Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and enhancement of our AI-driven platforms. Your deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence along with a proven track record in developing scalable AI solutions will play a crucial role in our team. Your key responsibilities as an AI Developer will include designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI/ML algorithms and models. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translating them into technical requirements will be essential. You will also be tasked with researching and exploring new AI/ML techniques and technologies, as well as integrating third-party AI APIs into web or software applications. Furthermore, you will be developing intelligent workflows, chatbots, and automation systems based on predefined logic. Building and testing AI chat interfaces or recommendation flows using no-code/low-code AI platforms when required, training and optimizing AI/ML models on large datasets, and evaluating and improving their performance are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources to create high-quality datasets. It is imperative for you to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML. Moreover, you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding developers, providing technical expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. The skills required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, along with 12 years of experience in web/software development with AI integration. Strong programming skills in Python, a basic understanding of NLP and AI automation tools, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, React.JS, or Node.js (preferred) are essential. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team, knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, Docker, testing, and CI/CD, and experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.,
