Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to sell digital ad/ campaign solutions.
• Must have experience in the mobile app vertical, specifically with CPI (Cost Per Install) and CPA (Cost Per Action) models, ideally from an affiliate marketing agency.
• Responsible for monthly onboarding of new clients and partners.
• Achieve set monthly revenue targets consistently.
• Ensure strong client retention through effective communication and relationship management.
• Maintain ongoing client communications to understand their needs and deliver performance-based solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored ad solutions.
• Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and product offerings to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams (data, delivery, and client servicing) to ensure smooth execution of ad campaigns.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance and client feedback to management.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• A passion for digital advertising and a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
• Bachelor's degree 
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating presentations and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
