Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms

• Execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive lead generation

• Analyze campaign performance metrics daily and report insights with actionable strategies

• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives

• Optimize landing pages and user funnels for conversion rate improvements

• Track and manage budgets to maximize ROI across all campaigns

• Identify new growth opportunities through emerging ad platforms and trends

• Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to improve lead quality



Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation

• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics

• Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics

• Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, Instapage, Framer)

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)

• Excellent copywriting and ad testing instincts

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and iterate quickly

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment



Preferred

• Experience in B2C service industries (home services, real estate, etc.)

• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing automation

• Creative direction for ads and user experience is a plus
