As a Marketing Executive at Enlog, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will be responsible for executing and managing performance-driven digital campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads. Your expertise in SEO/SEM will be utilized to enhance web visibility and search rankings, ensuring maximum reach and impact. Market research will be a key aspect of your role, where you will identify trends, analyze competitor strategies, and discover new opportunities for growth. Generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) will be a priority, and you will be tasked with analyzing campaign performance and website data to optimize conversion rates and ROI. Collaboration with internal teams, including design, content, and product, will be essential to create impactful creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience. Additionally, you will manage marketing collaterals and offline brand presence when necessary, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in both digital and traditional marketing. To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in a Marketing/Digital Marketing position, with hands-on experience using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. A strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid media, and lead generation funnels is required, along with excellent research, communication, and project management skills. Strategic thinking and the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights are highly valued. While a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, additional experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization will be considered a bonus.
