You will serve as a key member of the team supporting the Workday HCM system at Guidewire. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with Global People Operations, People Business Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective functioning of the system. As the first point of contact for all Workday tickets in ServiceNow, you will be tasked with providing recommendations for enhancements and streamlining processes to minimize redundancies.
