Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

SGI Group of Institutions is hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Admission Counsellors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and Kannada, with a passion for guiding students and parents through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and email.
• Explain courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admissions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and support.
• Counsel students and parents effectively and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM preferred).
• Prior experience in admissions or counselling is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Passion for education and student engagement.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Sunday Off
