Maintain follow-up records of potential patients and update lead trackers. 8. Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations. 9. Maintain patient records and daily reports (attendance, billing, feedback). 10. Coordinate with therapists and doctors to align appointments. 11. Manage inventory of front-desk materials, booking slips, and brochures.
