Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate facility management activities including maintenance schedules, repairs, and renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in administration work or related field (NGO/social services/industry associations).
  • Strong understanding of administration management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data analysis and report preparation.
