Job Description

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass; preferred – B.Com or related degree.

Basic accounting, MS Office (especially Excel), good communication, organizational skills.

1-2 years; knowledge of Tally or accounting software is a plus.

Experience with Excel, word, Candidates knowing GeM/Tender filing experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibility

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Prepare and process vendor/customer invoices, ensure timely payments and collections.

Regularly reconcile bank statements with company accounts to ensure accuracy.

Support in preparation of GST, TDS filings, and other statutory requirements.

Assist in preparing financial reports, ledgers, and supporting documents

Ensure accurate data entry in accounting software and maintain financial files and records..

Help in processing payroll, maintaining employee records and statutory deductions

Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, bidding, e-tendering, and quotations.

Maintain accurate records of all tenders submitted.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the tender process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
