Accounts Executive (Male Only)

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Dimple Collection, Kamla Nagar, Agra Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Salary: Upto 17,000/ Month Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting and finance . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team in preparing reports and audits. Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations Prepare invoices, manage billing and follow up on outstanding payments Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings Support in preparing financial reports, budgets, and audit documentation Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues as needed Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including vendors and auditors Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling GST, TDS , and payroll will be an added advantage Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance Benefits: Opportunities for career growth and skill development Friendly and supportive work environment If you're a motivated accounting professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
