Possesses a strong foundational understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, with sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Key Responsibility:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee tax-related activities including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reviews and audits.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce meaningful financial insights.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better financial control and efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Oral & Written)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness on new Tax Rules & Regulations
