Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting principles, be able to work independently, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income and cash flow statements.

· Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.

· Prepare and post journal entries.

· Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Preparation of budgets and forecasts.

· Prepare invoices for cost & expenses, look after account payables, annual budget monitoring, budget analysis, and MIS report.

· End to End completion of compliance related to Income Tax, TDS, GST, EPF and ESIC of the company.

· Provide support in managing Bank accounts, mapping accounting process, documentation, implementation, review, and recommend changes for process improvement.

· Hands on experience on Tally ERP.

· Intercompany\Interbranch accounting and reconciliation

· Processing of payments to vendors, consultants and staff.

· Creditors aging and ledger confirmations of the balances.

· Annual closing of accounts, provisioning and finalization of accounts.

· Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

· To do all office related field work.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles.

· Proficient in Tally & Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

· Knowledge of foreign transactions is a plus

Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
