Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in accounting to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers. Prepare invoices and assist with accounts receivable/payable. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Help with audits and tax preparation. Provide administrative support to the accounting department. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits: Fooding and accommodation will be provided. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
