Job Description - Accountant Designation : Account Executive Department : Account & Finance No of vacancy : 3 Experience : 2 + Years Location : Vastrapur - Ahmedabad Account Executive Job Responsibilities : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents. Assist in tracking project-specific expenses and invoicing. Preparation of company invoices/Bills as per project stage. Make the general entry like sales & Purchase, Receivable, Expanse, GST, TDS etc. on Tally Prime. Keep an accurate record of company's accounts and outstanding balances. Handling employees vouchers. Financial Monitoring & review. Statutory compliance related to the accounting. Prepare reports and review billing activity for accuracy. Uphold our strict client confidentiality policies. Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility. What You'll Need to Get the Job Done : List what a qualified candidate needs to do their job effectively. For example: B.com/M.com/MBA/PGDM in Finance. 2+ years experience as a accounting. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS) and assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and Tally. Working knowledge of office equipment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Additional Preferences: Immediate Joiners highly preferred. Candidates residing nearby Vastrapur location will be given preference.
