Account Director

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join our team in the fast-paced and innovative field of technology services. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of engineering and technology services.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' business goals and objectives to align our technology services accordingly.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

1. Account Development:

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' evolving needs.
• Collaborate with the engineering, practice, and other technical teams to propose and implement additional services.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management within the Hitech and/or communications services industry, preferably with customers such as Cisco, HPE, Apple, Google, Meta, ATT, Verizon, etc
• Ability to build and nurture CXO relationships
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
