Position: Academic Mentor

About the Role
As an Academic Mentor, you will serve as a reliable source of academic and personal guidance for students. You will monitor their progress, support their overall development, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure a well-rounded, student-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

Mentoring & Student Engagement

• Develop strong, trusting connections with students to motivate and inspire success.
• Organize and lead extracurricular activities and enrichment programs to promote holistic growth.
• Work closely with educators and counselors to understand and address individual student needs.

Academic Support & Monitoring

• Track student performance regularly and identify learning gaps early.
• Conduct assessments and deliver focused academic support where needed.
• Assist in creating personalized learning strategies in collaboration with teaching staff.

Family Communication & Involvement

• Keep parents and guardians informed on academic progress and student development.
• Participate in parent meetings to align on goals and support strategies.
• Offer guidance to families on how to reinforce learning at home.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and behavior.
• Analyze student data to guide interventions and track improvements.
• Utilize educational software and tools to report and manage student progress efficiently.

• Comfort with using digital platforms for tracking and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
